EXIOS · Know the galaxy
Three races
One you command. One that hunts you. One nobody understands yet.

Humans
Blue steel, old oaths and the fiery falcon. Spired command hubs, humming foundries and towers that crackle with arc fire. Everything is built to last and patched when it fails. Humans win by holding ground, then taking more.
- Troopers hold the line and shoot at anything, air included
- Bulwark hover tanks grind forward with heavy shells or a rapid autocannon
- Tinkers build the base and crew the mines
- Gunships and transports will take the war into the sky (planned)
- Heroes lead from the front and can turn a battle on their own
How Humans pay for a war
Starsteel
Tier 1 · the basicsSilver-blue ore dug from mines beside your base and shipped offworld by the Terminus. It pays for troops, towers and the first walls.
Voidwater
Tier 2 · the heavy techThe glowing blue essence of the lakes and the source of flux itself. Siphon it close to home. Something out there wants it more than you do.
Emberdust
Tier 3 · the biggest gunsRare, gold-flecked and buried in the far corners of the map, usually under something with teeth. Take it and the strongest units on the field are yours.
The Vraak
Storm-born predators with red hides, raised bone scythes and faces like painted demon masks. The masks move. They grin. They sneer. They watch you back.
Their look is living yōkai ink art: every Vraak moves like a brush painting come to life, and its painted mask shifts expression as it fights.
The Vraak have no language and no mercy. They feed on Voidwater, draining the blue out of living things and whole worlds. Where the lakes glow, they come.
More will be revealed. Not much more.
The Lumen
Beings of crystal and light, pearl-white and silver-bright. Older than the Empire. Older than the Vraak. They have been watching for a very long time.
A Lumen does not arrive. It resolves out of the air, pixel by pixel, until the light takes shape.
What they want is a mystery. It will stay one for a while.
Coming in a later act.
